3. Information on Data Processing

3.1 Website Access

  • Purpose:
    Displaying the website and ensuring its stability and security

  • Legal Basis:
    Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Section 96(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2003)

  • Processed Data:
    IP address, date and time of request, time zone difference to GMT, requested page, HTTP status code, transmitted data volume, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, language and browser version

  • Retention Period:
    For the duration of your use of the website


3.2 Electronic Contact Requests

3.4 Customer Management, Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Purpose:
    Processing personal data in the context of business relationships, accounting, logistics, and statutory record-keeping obligations

  • Legal Basis:
    Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) GDPR

    Tax authorities, courts, public authorities, suppliers, debt collection agencies, banks, legal representatives, tax advisors, payroll accountants, insurance companies, cash register service providers

  • Retention Period:
    Until termination of the business relationship and in accordance with statutory retention periods (in particular under the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code – BAO), as well as for the duration of any legal disputes

The provision of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract. Without this data, a contract cannot be concluded.


3.5 Special Transport Services (School & Kindergarten Free Transport)

  • Purpose:
    Provision of free transport services for school and kindergarten children and settlement with the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance using form “Beih 89”

  • Legal Basis:
    Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) GDPR

  • Processed Data:
    Master data of children and their legal guardians as required by form Beih 89

  • Recipients:
    Tax authorities and public bodies

  • Retention Period:
    For the duration of transport processing and billing


3.6 Applicant Management

  • Purpose:
    Processing and storage of personal data provided by job applicants

  • Legal Basis:
    Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR,
    Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent),
    Assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims

  • Retention Period:

    • Immediately after the position has been filled or after expiry of the statutory claim period
    • In case of consent for retention: until withdrawal
  • Data Transfer:
    Applicant data will not be disclosed to third parties


4. Data Transfers to Third Countries

Personal data processed by us is not transferred to recipients in third countries or to international organizations.
